Adam’s menus will be seasonal and include favourites from the restaurant and also dishes from when he won Great British Menu.
The evening will start with a welcome drink and then your starter will be served in front of you with Adam explaining techniques that he has used and the provenance of the ingredients.
The main course will be partly produced by Adam and the team and then you will be served with a plate of fabulous garnish to finish your own, after a demonstration from Adam.
The dessert will again be seasonal but with a twist.
Each course will be served with a matched wine and the dinner will be served in the dining room with Adam where he can answer any questions and tell you all about his journey so far.
